If you choose to opt for our 30 Day trade credit account, after submitting all requisite details, our credit office will do a credit check and contact you with details. The actual credit provided depends from case to case and one of our friendly credit managers will be in touch shortly after your application is submitted.

Absolutely! You can have as many people logging into your account as required. Please note that each individual login will require its own e-mail address. Each individual will be required to set their own password. Please contact us with your account details so we can add the logins for you via e-mail or Livechat.
Yes, once you log-in, you are able to view your invoices and statements.
Once you log-in, the Account Manager / Credit Manager page under “My Account” will show exactly who your representative is along with their respective contact details. Please note that only Trade Credit Customers qualify for a dedicated account manager.

Of course. Simply login to your Bowens Account, select eInvoicing on the left-hand side panel and hit disconnect. You can do this at any time.

eInvoicing is available through Reckon, Xero and MYOB accounting software providers. Please check with your service provider if not listed.
