  • Does Bowens care about my privacy?

  • Can I apply for multiple jobs at the same time?

    As Bowens operates across multiple locations with multiple hiring managers we encourage applicants to apply for as many roles as they are interested in.

  • Will I always hear from Bowens about my application?

    Due to the high volume of applications, we will only personally contact those that are successful in progressing to the next stage of the recruitment process.

  • I work for a competitor and am unsure if I should apply?

    All applications are confidential and Bowens would not do anything to compromise your existing employment.

  • I've submitted my resume. Now what?

    The process can vary depending on the position you have applied for. Typically, if your application is shortlisted a manager will contact you to arrange a time for an interview at the store location. If successful in progressing to the next stage you will undergo a pre-employment medical at your closest clinic. If you are the best fit for the role Bowens will then job offer you and you will receive your digital onboarding pack via email to sign.

  • I was unsuccessful for a previous role, should I apply again?

    Absolutely! When we recruit we may only be seeking one person for a position. Although unsuccessful on that occasion, you may be the best-suited applicant next time or for a different position.
