What is Click + Collect and where is it available?
*If your product is not in stock at a certain branch, we will transfer it across our internal network within 1-2 days and have it ready for collection at your preferred store as soon as possible. Special order-in items may be subject to longer turnaround times of up to 1-2 weeks. Estimated pickup times will be displayed in the cart before you make the payment.
What about call and collect?
Our trade customers continue to get dedicated account managers and access to call and collect service which lets them pay with trade credit and arrange for either delivery or pick up in store. All other customers are also welcome to call and have their goods put aside to be picked up after payment in-store.
How will I know when my order is ready for collection?
An e-mail order confirmation will be sent to you immediately upon placing the order with all order details. Once we have your order ready for pickup, you will receive a confirmation SMS advising that it is ready for collection. Please wait for this SMS confirmation before arriving at your nominated store.
Why have I not received the SMS for my click+collect purchase?
Depending on the goods you purchased and the store you selected for click+collect, we may need to do an internal transfer or order in stock from the supplier. In all such cases, we will show you estimated pick up time during the checkout prior to payment. If you have any concerns about your order status after purchase, please contact the store that you chose for click+collect along with the order details that are e-mailed to you as part of the order confirmation, immediately after placing the order. The branch contact details are also mentioned on this e-mail.
What do I need to bring when I pick up my online order?
When collecting your order in-store you will need a copy of your order confirmation or SMS and valid photo identification. Valid photo identification includes Drivers Licence, Passport, or Proof of Age Card. You will be required to sign for your order at the time of collection.
Can someone collect my order on my behalf?
If you need someone to collect your order on your behalf, they will need a copy of the order confirmation, signed authorisation from the purchaser and photo ID.
Do I have to be a trade customer to purchase?
No. Our trade account customers get priority delivery, dedicated account managers, trade discounts and a host of other benefits. However you are welcome to purchase from our online catalogue without needing a trade account. We do hope that once you deal with our excellent customer service and unmatched delivery promise that you take advantage of our trade offer.
Is there a charge for Click + Collect?
Click + Collect is a free service offered by Bowens
How long do I have to collect my order?
Orders will be held for 14 days after being confirmed as ready for collection. If your order has not been collected by this time, it may be cancelled and a refund processed.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
We will need to check the current status and advise you of the options available to best accommodate your request.
If you need to change or cancel your order for any reason, please contact your Bowens store that you chose for click+collect along with the order details that are e-mailed to you as part of the order confirmation, immediately after placing the order. The branch contact details are also mentioned on this e-mail.
Can I return my items if they are not suitable?
