Tracking your delivery order is a simple process. After receiving your email / SMS notification to confirm the order has been shipped, a link will be provided.
Some products may be listed on the website as assorted colours, and we are not able to take requests for specific colours on these products. If you wish to return a product where the colour was chosen for you, please visit the Returns & Refunds page for further information.
What do I need to bring instore to pick-up an order?
When collecting your order instore you will need a copy of your order confirmation email or SMS and valid photo identification. Valid photo identification includes Drivers Licence, Passport or Proof of Age Card. You will be required to sign for your order at the time of collection.
How do I update my personal information?
Bowens will be able to assist with resetting your password. If you are unable to contact your nearest Bowens branch, please firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
