Bowens Call & Collect Service

To help expedite your product needs we encourage you to take advantage of our express pick-up service “Call & Collect”. We’re providing contactless product handover with designated pick-up zones.

Call any Bowens store and for all stocked lines we will have your order ready within 60 minutes.
A specified space has been set aside for pre-ordered pick-ups. Drive straight to the designated area, as directed by our team.
We will load your order without you having to exit your vehicle; where necessary a forklift will be used.
While you are tying down your load, we will retrieve the appropriate paperwork and bring this to your vehicle.
Within minutes you will be back on the road and getting on with the job.
We, like so many of you, have been monitoring news of the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely and have put into place many internal measures to limit the spread of the virus.
