Prior to application, Bowens recommends preparing your surface with the appropriate cleaning, filling, sanding, and stripping, and priming products. Test a small area first to check compatibility. This product is suitable as a clear topcoat over Cabot's® Interior Stain Oil-Based . For features subjected to extreme UV exposure, Bowens recommends using Cabot's® Exterior Clear instead. For floors and other interior walk-on surfaces, check out Cabot's® CFP Floor Polyurethane instead, available in water-based and oil-based liquid formulas. We recommend wearing safety gloves , eye/face protection , and/or a respirator where required when handling this product.
