Bowens recommends applying this product in several light mist coats instead of a single heavy coat. We also advise preparing your surface properly with the appropriate cleaning , sanding , and/or filling products prior to using the Dulux® Precision Ceiling Stain Blocker. This product is suitable for use under Dulux® topcoats .
