  • This Preschem No Rot Wood Preservative Gel is suitable for use in external areas that are intended to be painted like timber window frames and posts. They can also be used on internal timber in areas subjected to persistent moisture like bathrooms or under subfloors with poor ventilation.

    • Timber treated with this product resists termite attack, mould, algae or fungi
    • Suitable for use on damp timber
    • Can be painted over with oil or water-based paints, primers and undercoats
    • Designed to penetrate by diffusion into timber
    • Easy to apply using a brush, roller or spray gun
    • Ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications

    This Preschem No Rot Gel can also be used on timber, masonry or concrete surfaces.

    Note: If the area you are treating is prone dampness, it is recommended to make use of Prescham’s Timber Preserver ( suitable for oil based paints) for additional protection.

This Preschem No Rot Wood Preservative Gel is a water-based, ready-to-use wood preservative that’s applied with a brush to control and prevent the spread of decay. It contains fungicide and insecticide to stop and prevent decay, mildew or insect attack.
