How does 59-Minute hardware deliveries work?

The online process for Uber deliveries is no different to any other online order with Bowens. Simply select the ‘Uber Delivery’ option at checkout and you’ll have your product onsite in less than 59-minutes. If your product is not eligible for Uber delivery, you will not see this option at the checkout. 

What products can I order via Uber?

Your Uber order must not exceed a total weight of 160KG (up to 8 x 20KG parcels). Additionally, you must be within 20KM of the nearest store, and the products must be in stock. Examples of products you can order include screws, angle brackets, door hardware, framing nails, paint and adhesvies. Conversely, items like framing timber, plywood & cement sheeting, doors, architrave and skirting board are not eligible for Uber delivery. 

Can I track my Order?

We understand that knowing the exact whereabouts of your delivery is crucial to staying on top of your project schedule. That’s why we have real-time tracking. Once your order is packed and ready for Uber pickup, you’ll receive an SMS with a tracking link. From that point on, you can follow your delivery’s progress until it arrives at your site. 

What is the cost of delivery again? 

Efficiency doesn’t have to come at a hefty price tag. If your product is eligible for delivery using this service, you can select Uber delivery at the checkout and receive your products in under 59-minutes for a low flat fee. What’s not to like!
