pay.com.au is a business payments platform that allows eligible business expenses to be paid by card. Alongside your Bowens Account, you can use pay.com.au to manage other eligible business payments, including suppliers, contractors, permits, insurance, equipment hire and ATO payments.

Visa, Mastercard and American Express are supported by pay.com.au, which means you have flexibility over which cards you use.

How to pay your Bowens Account by card

Getting set up is straightforward:

1. Set up your free pay.com.au account
2. Complete account verification
3. Access pay.com.au through the Bowens portal
4. Select your preferred eligible card
5. Review the applicable Platform Fee and optional rewards fees
6. Confirm your payment.

Once your payment is processed, Bowens receives the funds instantly*, giving you peace of mind.

*Balance updates instantly, however, allow two business days for invoices to be shown as paid within your Bowens online account.

Does my Bowens Account change?

Using pay.com.au doesn’t change your Bowens Account. Your account, pricing and invoices remain the same, and you can continue managing your account through the Bowens portal as usual.

pay.com.au simply provides another way to make your Bowens Account payment.

Earn PayRewards Points on eligible payments

You can choose your PayRewards Points earn rate for each eligible payment:

• 0 PayRewards Points per $1
• 1 PayRewards Point per $1
• 2 PayRewards Points per $1

Earning points is optional, and the applicable Package Fee is displayed before payment.

PayRewards Points can be used with participating travel programs or redeemed for other available rewards, including business invoices, gift cards and options through PayConcierge.

Connect your payments with Xero or MYOB

If you use Xero or MYOB, pay.com.au can integrate with either platform. Once activated, payments made through pay.com.au can automatically post back to your accounting platform, allowing you to reconcile them through your bank feed as normal.
