New Store Update – Cheltenham

Bowens opened their 19th store in Cheltenham on Monday 6th of February 2023, marking the third new store opening in Victoria over the past six months.
Spanning over 8,500 square metres, the new site is located at 330-336 Reserve Road, Cheltenham. Complete with an undercover drive-through and a huge range of timber and building supplies, as well as over 1,000 square metres dedicated to hardware, the team at Cheltenham are eager to service all builders in the area.
Bowens has recognised Cheltenham within a key growth market that requires greater serviceability for local builders, with the bayside area experiencing a 3.7% annualised growth rate over the past five years alone.
