Introducing Stria™ Cladding Fine Texture: an extension of our popular Stria™ Cladding range. This 14mm thick stackable board features a sharp v-groove combined with an embedded fine render texture for a robust feel on the ground floor.

The interlocking edges allow for quick and easy installation, and concealed fix with minimal face fixing or patching required. Hardie™ embedded texture technology creates beautiful, consistent textures without the need for specialist tradespeople, and the boards come pre-primed and ready to paint.

Available in 3000mm and 4200mm board lengths, vertical installation is ideal for creating Box Modern, Barn or Modern Farmhouse designs. Alternately, stack the boards horizontally for a more traditional render look without the weight of masonry.

Simple installation. Concealed fix with no face fixing or patching required. Off stud joining option can help reduce waste and the number of timber studs required. Durable and low maintenance, Hardie™ Fibre Cement is fire and rot resistant, resistant to damage from moisture and termites. CodeMark Certified with a 25-year warranty.

Achieving the Modern Look with Stria™ Cladding Fine Texture

Being a spec home builder in NSW, Allam homes sought to select materials that worked in synergy to achieve a cohesive modern community with mixed materials streetscapes. Stria™ Cladding Fine Texture was used in conjunction with Stria™ 325mm Smooth cladding on adjacent homes to create a classic modern look within this Greenfield estate.

Reminiscent of Cement Render

The addition of an embedded render texture Stria™ board was an exciting proposition for Allam, as they desired to create a subtle element of diversity in each homes exterior within the estate and could achieve this easily with Stria™ Cladding Fine Texture, adding a slightly different acrylic paint colour to make the upper floor of the home striking.
